Amazon Web Services to Offer Blockchain as a Service with Startup Qtum

Qtum Foundation, a Singapore-based startup has announced an unprecedented partnership with Amazon Web Services to offer blockchain as a service (BaaS) for enterprise customers, beginning in China. Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the worlds largest cloud providers aims to make smart contracts and dApps available for free through its partnership with Qtum, which has been listed on the AWS marketplace since July. AWS blockchain currently offer a plug-and-play solution for the healthcare industry via Pokitdok, aiming to increase transparency of the care delivery process. Amazon may have arrived a little late to the party, but the internet giant is never to be underestimated and already have a few blockchain partnerships to note.
