Audi Blockchain Shipment Completes on Batavia Platform

Audi complete a blockchain shipment for the first ‘live pilot’ on the Batavia platform, which uses the technology to record the transactions required to trade cars from Germany to Spain. Batavia is being developed by a consortium of 5 banks working with IBM, with the aim to simplify transactions for global trade. Providing an ‘end to end’ solution, recording the process and offering risk management tools linked to key events in the supply chain.
